This is a coaching program aimed at improving your mental and emotional health.

You need to find time in your schedule to commit to eight weeks. 

This is a combination of 1:1 work (Six-45 minute sessions), in person or virtually, and independent work. 

You need to schedule an initial call to ask questions, clarify expectations and ensure this is the right fit for your needs at this time.
