This coaching course was designed with you in mind.

It is a deep dive into the limiting thoughts and behavior we all struggle with. It is an opportunity to gain clarity, create a plan according to your unique values and increase life satisfaction with a focus on what truly matters to YOU!

Here's the deal: 

This is a coaching program aimed at improving your mental well being. You will need to find time in your schedule for the eight week course. This is a combination of 1:1 work (Six 45 minute sessions), in person or virtually and independent work each week. 

You need to schedule an initial call to clarify expectations, ask questions and ensure this is the right fit for your needs at this time.
